take that responsibility and your video communications success very seriously.
Service out-source
We can take over the running of your services whereby you pay for the hardware
components and VCS Global can take over the running of your service. You pay
for remote-hands or on-site technicians as you require according to your service
contract with us. This way we can provide all of the necessary expertise from
setting up the video conference connections to running your video broadcasts without
you having to invest in the technical experts in all of these fields.
Real-time support
We provide 08:00am to 18:00pm GMT Monday to Friday support to our customers as
part of the standard support agreement. Extended hours support can be agreed upon
if that is something you would need as part of your service agreement.
Warranty support
Your relationship with VCS Global extends beyond purchasing a solution. Along with
top-notch, real-time business hours support, we are pleased to offer our customers an
extended warranty program. We will repair or replace components covered under this
agreement within normal usage as specified by each manufacturer.
What you get in addition to manufacturer backed warranty for fixing any component, we
cover the whole solution with component that may be from different manufacturers with a
single and robust warranty program that requires you to simply call us and we take care of
fixing the issue.
Other support services
Along with our real-time support and extended warranty program, we offer our customers
on-site and remote training programs, warranty assistance with manufacturers and on-site
services.
